Phase 3

Phase 3 of the program includes mentoring activities aimed at guiding scholars to turn their research projects into conference papers, encouraging scholar’s participation at research conferences and/or professional development conferences such as the Richard Tapia celebration of diversity conference and events from the Computing Research Association.
